SEHBP benefits cover you wherever you are. You can use doctors and other health professionals both in and out of network. But you’ll save in out-of-pocket expenses when you use Horizon’s Managed Care Network. The BlueCard® PPO Network covers you nationwide and Blue Cross Blue Shield Global® Core covers you when you travel outside the U.S. No hall pass required.
2. Preventive care that’s easy, and easy on the wallet.
Staying on top of your health can keep you healthy, and your benefits make it easy. When you get cancer screenings, wellness exams and other preventive care from an in-network doctor, you don’t pay anything out of pocket. It’s easy to find in-network doctors, too.
3. It pays to be well. Cash in.
SEHBP members and their families are earning cash just by taking care of their health. Under the state’s wellness program — NJWELL — you and the spouse or partner on your policy can earn $250 when you take a health assessment, complete a health screening, and earn 800 points in five categories of wellness.
